Healthy living training courses

Giancarlo Plebani

CEO Sistem Air

Why this project?

Great opportunities can arise from necessity. Because the emergency we are living through has faced us with the mistakes we have made.

We can no longer accept to live, study and work in an environment where the air is not really clean. The time has come to make substantial choices, because the air that comes in and out of our lungs is no longer something invisible.

We are now truly realizing that we are part of the environments in which we live. Learning that breathing clean air is the only cure for a healthy future.

June webinars

How outdoor pollution affects indoor pollution - Pt. 1

Lecturers: Geom. Marco Caserio and Arch. Raffaella Patrone

The themes of bio-architecture, the interaction between the anthropized and natural environment, air quality will be the main themes of this webinar cycle divided into two modules:

  • Outdoor pollution and the impact on indoor pollution
  • Pathologies and pollutants in confined areas

Friday, June 12 at 2.30 pm

Measuring and certifying the healthiness of a building - Pt. 1

Lecturer: Arch. Leopoldo Busa

To know if a building is healthy, we need cognitive tools. How do we measure air quality? How do we respond? What should we anticipate in the design stage? A webinar for everyone he’s going to face:

  • Environmental contaminants
  • Internal comfort and adoptable solutions

Friday 26th June at 2.30 pm

July webinars

Round table on healthiness and cleanliness of the rooms

Webinar with special guest

The coordinates to cross the desert in which we risk being silted up. We can no longer accept to live, study and work in an environment where the air is not really clean.

Starting with those who buy, going up through the supply chain, we can no longer ignore the well-being of living.

Friday 10th July 2.30 pm

How outdoor pollution affects indoor pollution - Pt. 2

Lecturers: Geom. Marco Caserio and Arch. Raffaella Patrone

The themes of bio-architecture, the interaction between the anthropized and natural environment, air quality will be the main themes of this webinar cycle divided into two modules:

  • Sustainable design of confined spaces and bioclimatic elements on indoor pollution
  • Materials, products and construction systems and related environmental diseases

Friday, July 24 at 2.30 pm

Measuring and certifying the healthiness of a building - Pt. 2

Lecturer: Arch. Leopoldo Busa

To figure out if a building is healthy, we need cognitive tools. How do we measure air quality? How do we intervene? What should we anticipate in the design phase? A webinar for everyone he’s going to face:

  • The measurement protocols
  • Focus on building materials

Friday 31 July at 2.30 pm

September webinars

How outdoor pollution affects indoor pollution - Pt. 3

Lecturers: Geom. Marco Caserio e Arch. Anna Carulli

The themes of bioarchitecture, the interaction between the anthropized and natural environment, air quality will be the main themes of this webinar, with the special participation of Arch. Anna Carulli, President of the National Institute of Bioarchitecture. The themes addressed in the modules will be:

  • Sustainable design of confined spaces and bioclimatic elements on indoor pollution
  • Indoor pollution and environmental safety

Friday 4 September at 2.30 pm

Measuring and certifying the healthiness of a building - Pt. 3

Lecturer: Arch. Leopoldo Busa

To figure out if a building is healthy, we need cognitive tools. How do we measure air quality? How do we intervene? What should we anticipate in the design phase? A webinar for everyone he’s going to face:

  • The role of the designer in prevention
  • Current regulations and possible developments

Friday 11th September 2.30 pm

The Sick Building Syndrome and the healthy building expert

Lecturer: Geom. Andrea Muroni

The Sick Building Syndrome refers not so much to the building itself, but to the pathologies that the inhabitants of that building develop while living or working in those premises.

Among the objectives of the seminar will be the indications on how to intervene in the presence of this syndrome. The figure of the healthy building expert and how to achieve his skills will then be presented.
