Eight compressed air jets for easy discharge
To facilitate the unloading of all types of vacuumed materials, even the lightest and most voluminous, the separator is equipped with 8 nozzles that allow the discharge of compressed air when the lower door is opened.
Opening guaranteed. Sempre
The pneumatic actuator allows the door to be opened even in the presence of strong depressions inside the separator, so that the material can be unloaded in any situation.
Cyclonic separation
The shape of the cone allows cyclonic separation of the suctioned material, without the use of any filter.
The best stainless steel
The separator with automatic discharge is made of stainless steel: this material makes it suitable for suction of liquids, but also of incandescent particles.
Filter? Which filter?!
The special Turbix separators do not have any filters inside them. The filtration of the vacuumed air takes place by cyclonic separation.
A guarantee of efficiency but, above all, a considerable simplification in maintenance.

Thanks to the three potentiometers on the control panel it is possible to adjust various parameters
- Vacuum time, to avoid overfilling of the container
- door opening time, to be set according to the specific weight and consistency of the aspirated material

Maintenance and assistance
For the scheduled maintenance of the central vacuum units it is necessary to follow the instructions contained in the technical manual supplied and what is reported on the user interface display.
In particular, these periodic operations mainly concern the cleaning of the filter, emptying the dust collection container, replacing the bag, checking the correct operation of the electric motor and any obstruction of the air discharge.
All interventions not included in scheduled maintenance by the user must be performed by qualified personnel.
